Service Charges

We may additionally receive bonus payments from suppliers determined by account size and profitability. We maintain transparency and will provide commission details when requested by customers.
Contract Negotiations
Contracts will be arranged based on details you supply to us. You are responsible for ensuring all provided information is accurate, comprehensive, and current. Any necessary changes or updates must be communicated without delay to avoid supplier delays or contract rejection.

Terms Application
These terms govern all Utility4Business services and override other terms unless we mutually agree otherwise in written form.
Service Registration
Service access requires registration through our website or telephone. We maintain the right to refuse registration requests. Customers must: • Conduct business within the UK • Be minimum 18 years old for sole traders • Satisfy our credit assessment requirements • Supply required information for service delivery
Service Delivery
Price Comparison:
We actively seek competitive pricing comparisons and deliver current price quotations from suppliers. Quote terms and validity periods vary by supplier.
• Full-Service Management: Choosing this option gives us authority to negotiate and arrange new supply agreements at optimal rates. This service may be ended, halted, or paused according to contract provisions.
• Contract Withdrawal Fee: Should you choose not to proceed with a supplier following our assistance, an administrative charge including VAT may apply.
• Contract Renewal: Schedule an appointment at least 15 days before your contract notice period expires to repeat the comparison service.
• Direct Supplier Agreements: Executing a supplier contract creates a direct relationship between you and that supplier. We bear no responsibility for dealings between you and suppliers.
Fee Structure
Our services are provided without additional cost, excluding circumstances outlined in Section 4.18. We receive commission payments from suppliers calculated on projected consumption. We may earn additional incentive payments for specific activities. Commission information is available upon request using your customer identification.
Customer Obligations
You commit to:
• Work cooperatively with suppliers and provide accurate information promptly
• Accept and follow these terms alongside any supplier terms and conditions
• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials including usernames, passwords, and account details, and report any unauthorised access
Property Rights
All patents and intellectual property related to our services, information, materials, and digital assets remain exclusively ours or our licensors.
Service Termination
We retain absolute authority to end or suspend services if you breach these terms or participate in fraudulent conduct. You agree to protect us from any claims arising from your service usage.
Liability Restrictions
While delivering excellent affordable services remains our priority, we accept no responsibility for failures, delays, or mistakes caused by third-party suppliers. Our liability for direct financial losses is capped as detailed in Section 9.4.
Information Protection
Your information will be handled and processed strictly according to our privacy policy. We may investigate your supply arrangements to provide pricing estimates or facilitate contracts or transfers.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failing to meet obligations due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including industrial action, natural disasters, or market regulatory changes.
Rights Preservation
Not exercising any right promptly does not constitute waiver of that right unless confirmed in writing.
Partial Invalidity
Should any provision be deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be removed while remaining terms stay in effect.
Third-Party Exclusion
These terms do not provide legal rights to third parties for compliance with any conditions, except where specified.
Rights Transfer
You cannot assign or transfer these terms without our written approval. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations at our discretion.
Complete Agreement
These terms, combined with our privacy policy, form the complete agreement between parties and supersede all previous agreements on this subject.
